Store Policy

Welcome to Statement Lashes. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Please ensure that your delivery and contact details are correct before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

2. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed within [1–3] working days.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During product launches, sales, promotions and busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you where possible.

3. Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery information where tracking is available.

Delivery times are estimates and are outside of our control once an order has been handed to the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather conditions, strikes, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please do not dispose of the item until we have advised you on the next steps.

6. Hygiene & Product Safety

Our eyelashes are intended for cosmetic use only.

Please perform a patch test where appropriate and follow the product instructions carefully. Do not use our products if you have experienced an allergic reaction to similar cosmetic products.

Stop using the product immediately if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical advice if necessary.

Do not share eyelashes or eye products with another person.

7. Promotional Codes & Discounts

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively unless otherwise stated.

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless explicitly stated.

Promotional offers may have additional terms, expiry dates or exclusions.

8. Product Images & Colours

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to cancel it. In this case, you may need to follow our returns procedure.
